Everyone was friendly. I only waited two minutes in the lobby/waiting room. I appreciated the promptness. Conversation with the nail tech took a while to get started but once we got our vibe we clicked and it made for an enjoyable experience. I appreciated that they did as I asked and were not pushy for something different. However I might just have to try some nail art next time!! Always room from improvement. It’s a school and things aren’t perfect but I feel that if we don’t help them practice and learn they will never get perfect. Keep it up. I’ll be back.

First of all don't expect a haircut to make you look like your favorite superhero. You be you, and don't blame your hairdresser for your haircut. I went there first of all to give this students an opportunity to cut hair on real clients not only manikins. Great environment, and great experience. For all the students there, pay attention to details. ( leftover hair behind the ears, too much color runoff, be professional and classy. I'll be coming back 😁) From a person who grew up in a barbershop.

I made a last minute appointment for an up-do and was given Martha as my stylist. She was amazing! I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she did awesome! I got complements all night and made sure to refer her. The staff and instructors were super friendly as well. Definitely will recommend and return in the future.

I had my first ever eyelash lift and tint by Holly B. I'm happy with the results and she was sweet. When her instructor checked her work, she was very pleased as well.

Both my husband and I got haircuts. Both of us are very happy with them. The service was beyond expected, yet Aveda salons do deliver on hospitality and products, so they didn't disappoint with the school either. The knowledge they teach is beyond just a good haircut. I also got my eyebrows waxed... Best I've ever had. Will continue going there and would highly recommend trying them.

I’ve recently had two haircuts done by the students here and they have been well done with the student listening to exactly what my needs were. The front desk staff are excellent as well- efficient, friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and well-managed. Definitely will try out some of their other services.

The staff at Aveda Institute are always pleasant and professional. I had a hairspray can that I returned due to the aerosol spray not working and they were apologetic and exchanged the product immediately. Aveda Institute is a great place and I highly recommend it!!!
